Grapes: 30% grenache white, 40% clairette, 30% bourboulenc

Yield: 33hl / ha

Wine making:  Grapes are blended together in concrete tanks. 
No yeast added. Fermentation lasts 3 weeks in average. 

Maturing: 5 months in fiberglass tanks. 

Tasting: Fruity, we recommend you to drink it during the first 3 years, but you can also keep it longer.
